Josh weaves Jesus command to love our enemies with a great take on the Good Samaritan story in order to call Christians to do what Jesus asked us to do. It's a call that's not popular in the current Evangelical climate, but it is the call of Jesus.

As Christians, we love the simplicity of the commands - love God and neighbor. However, we quickly opt out of loving our neighbor because we don't like the complexity of figuring out how to love them.

This is a compelling and interesting book which is very pertinent to Christians living in the United States right now. Thank you, Josh, for not being afraid to approach a subject that needs to be addressed in the Christian community.
